CONTEXT. CONNECTION. GUIDANCE.

Three perspectives. One athlete at the center.

Each role has its own experience. A shared approach doesn’t mean shared access to every athlete response.

UNDERSTAND FIRST. APPLY IT DAILY.

Start by getting to know yourself.

Answer questions about how you respond in sport to build your personal profile. Each role takes its own assessments. Your daily check-ins add what’s happening today.

Explore assessments for each role

01 / ATHLETE

Understand your responses.

AOS Athlete Operating System

Find out what builds your confidence and how you tend to react under pressure. T90 calls these your Power Source and Competition Mode.

COS Competitive Operating System

Learn how you tend to take action in competition—and when trying a different response could help. This is your Competitive Identity.

Use it to choose what to practice and explain what helps you prepare, reset, and respond.

02 / PARENT

Understand your support.

PSS Parent Support System

Explore how you naturally support an athlete, communicate, and respond under pressure. Consider how your intentions may be received by your athlete.

Use it to adjust your timing, language, and support to the athlete and the moment.

03 / COACH

Understand your leadership.

CLS Coaching Leadership System

Explore how you naturally lead, communicate, correct, motivate, and support athletes. Connect your leadership style with how each athlete may receive it.

Use it to keep a consistent standard while adapting your feedback and delivery.

These profiles describe tendencies and opportunities to adjust. They do not define someone’s limits or rank athletes, parents, or coaches.

FROM PROFILE TO DAILY PRACTICE

Use what you learn each day.

  1. 01

    Build your foundation

Each role completes its own assessments. The athlete’s AOS and COS provide context for training; PSS and CLS provide context for support and leadership.

  2. 02

    Check in with today

Tell T90 how you’re feeling and what’s ahead. Your check-in adds today’s needs to what your profile already says about you.

  3. 03

    Practice one adjustment

Personalized guidance helps the athlete focus a mental rep. Parents and coaches receive role-specific guidance through their permitted connections.

  4. 04

    Reflect and carry it forward

Look back at what happened and how you responded. Notice what helped and choose something to work on next.

Daily observations inform the guidance. A difficult day does not automatically change an athlete’s assessment profile.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE / AFTER A DIFFICULT PRACTICE

One moment. Three useful conversations.

An athlete is still thinking about a mistake. The shared goal is to understand what would help with the next rep.

ATHLETE / NAME THE NEED

“I’m still replaying that mistake. One clear cue would help me focus on the next rep.”

PARENT / CHECK THE TIMING

“Would you like me to listen, help you think it through, or give you a little space first?”

COACH / MAKE THE NEXT ACTION CLEAR

“The standard stays the same. Let’s choose one adjustment for the next rep.”

Example language, not a captured conversation or a recommendation for every athlete. The useful response depends on the athlete, the relationship, and the moment.

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Better understanding. More intentional support.

Antonio Harvey built T90 after seeing how miscommunication between athletes, parents, and coaches could get in the way of development.

More about Antonio

His experience as an NBA veteran, coach, and parent, alongside his master’s degree in psychology, informs a shared approach: understand the athlete, turn that understanding into daily preparation, and help the people around them support the process.

T90 is a downloadable mobile app for athlete alignment and performance. It is coming soon to the App Store, pending approval. We’ll add the download link here as soon as it’s available.

What do I do each day?+

Follow the Daily Loop: check in, complete your training, and return to reflect. Each step helps you connect how you feel and what you notice with how you choose to respond.

What is T90?+

T90 — Train the 90 is an Athlete Operating System delivered through a mobile app. It helps athletes understand how they operate, train their responses, and connect with parents and coaches who understand how to support them.

Who is it for?+

T90 is designed for athletes ages 13–30 who want to take an active role in their development. Parents and coaches have distinct experiences to support the athlete with greater understanding.

How do athletes, parents, and coaches use it differently?+
